Make people not able to move

Illusion
Manipulating the environment at will
Creating Special infected on your own
God killers
Becoming a god/demon/angle/massive dragon
Understand the infected
Communicate threw the bio veins
Any power from the Prototype games like bio grenade or bio bomb
Ability copying/stealing
Combat style copying/stealing
Predator class change/subclass adding
Invisibility during active combat (means you can't fight while invisible)
